AINIGMA Technologies (AIN) is a multidisciplinary organization bringing together biomedical engineers, medical experts, and business consultants with extensive experience in developing AI-driven solutions for the healthcare sector.
The company focuses on leveraging Artificial Intelligence, Big Data analytics, and Machine Learning to improve healthcare processes and support decision-making. AIN has participated in more than 16 EU-funded research and innovation projects, addressing areas such as early diagnosis, disease prediction, risk assessment, disease progression analysis, and treatment optimization.
AIN also has strong expertise in data harmonization, curation, and interoperability, including mapping to widely used Common Data Models such as OMOP and FHIR. Through its work, the company develops tailored AI-powered tools designed to enhance healthcare efficiency, improve patient outcomes, and support data-driven innovation in clinical and public health settings.
Role in the Project
Within the ISMED-CLIM project, AINIGMA Technologies contributes expertise in AI, data analytics, and health data interoperability.
The company supports the development of data-driven components of the ISMED-CLIM platform, focusing on the integration, harmonization, and analysis of heterogeneous health and environmental datasets. In particular, AIN contributes to the implementation of AI-based models and analytics that enable risk assessment, prediction, and decision support related to climate-sensitive health risks.
Through its expertise in Big Data processing and interoperability standards (e.g. OMOP, FHIR), AIN supports the transformation of complex datasets into actionable insights, contributing to the development of early warning systems and data-driven tools within the project.
