Health and Climate Data: Cross-Project Learning Workshop

The ISMED-CLIM project is joining forces with fellow EU-funded initiatives to share practical experience and lessons learned on working with climate and health data. This collaboration is part of a structured clustering activity designed to strengthen alignment across projects and improve how we collect, process, and use climate-health information.

On 11 February 2026, 13:00–14:30 CET, ISMED-CLIM partners together with the AURORA, healthRiskADAPT, and MOUNTADAPT projects will host an online Cross-Project Learning Workshop titled “Challenges and Success Stories in Collecting, Monitoring or Processing Health & Climate Data.”

🗓️ 11 Feb 2026 | ⏰ 13:00–14:30 CET | 💻 Online

Why this workshop matters

Addressing climate-related health risks in the Mediterranean and across Europe requires solid data practices and shared insights. Projects working on climate adaptation and health monitoring face common challenges in data integration, quality, real-time use, and operational flexibility. This workshop brings these projects together to:

  • Share practical lessons and approaches from ongoing implementation activities.
  • Discuss what works and what doesn’t in real data environments. Foster mutual learning and comparability of methods across initiatives.
  • Create space for questions, exchange, and recommendations that can improve future work.

This workshop is not a high-level lecture series but a pragmatic exchange among teams actively engaged in climate-health data systems, early warning tools, risk assessment, and resilience-building solutions.

Who should take part

We welcome participants from research teams, public authorities, data users, and anyone involved in climate-health monitoring and adaptation activities across the EU. Contributors from ISMED-CLIM and partner projects will offer short inputs followed by open discussion and Q&A.

We look forward to an open and constructive exchange and to learning from shared experience across projects.

Registration is open.
