The 2025 edition of the EU Mission Projects Catalogue is now available. It provides an overview of 46 projects funded under the Horizon Europe programme that are contributing to the EU Mission on Adaptation to Climate Change. The catalogue highlights how these projects are working across different sectors and regions to support local adaptation efforts.

ISMED-CLIM is featured among the projects focused on health and wellbeing. It is one of several initiatives addressing the health impacts of climate change, particularly in the Mediterranean region. The project aims to develop and test solutions to reduce exposure to climate-related health risks and improve the resilience of health systems. This includes exploring the effects of extreme weather, air pollution, and vector-borne diseases, and assessing how digital tools, data, and citizen engagement can support adaptation strategies.

By being part of this catalogue, ISMED-CLIM is presented alongside other projects working on nature-based solutions, infrastructure, water management, and social equity. The publication allows policymakers, researchers, and local authorities to explore the current landscape of climate adaptation initiatives in Europe and identify potential areas for collaboration.

The full catalogue is available on the Climate-ADAPT platform and provides details on each project’s goals, regions of implementation, and thematic focus.
